It is essential for travelers to take a good rest to properly acclimate to the high altitude of Tibet, where oxygen levels are lower. We recommend spending some hours in your hotel room to allow your body to adjust. Taking a short nap is a popular choice among many travelers. During this time, a representative from Our travel agency will meet you to provide a briefing and update you on the tour.
