DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LHASA BY AIR OR TRAIN
Upon arrival at Gonggar Airport or Lhasa Train Station, our Tibetan guide and driver will warmly welcome you. You will be transferred to your hotel in Lhasa City, enjoying the picturesque views of the snowy Himalayan ranges and the snow-covered Tibetan plateau during your short flight or train journey.
The airport is approximately 60km away and takes less than an hour by road, while the train station is only 25km away, requiring about half an hour of travel. After checking into the hotel, take the rest of the day to acclimate to the altitude and relieve any jet lag. Overnight stay in Lhasa.
DAY 2: LHASA ESCORTED TOUR
Attractions: Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Sera Monastery
Today, your exploration of the high plateau begins. DAY 03: lHASA ESCORTED TOUR

Although the monastery has suffered significant damage over the centuries, there are still plenty of fascinating sights to behold, including the labyrinthine narrow lanes that wind through the monks’ quarters. Spend the rest of the day acclimatizing and alleviating jet lag. Overnight stay in Lhasa.
DAY 04: DEPARTURE FROM LHASA AIRPORT/TRAIN STATION
